CVS Caremark Corp. said client losses and fewer medicare prescription drug program members were responsible for fourth-quarter profit declines. The Woonsocket, R.I.-based company posted net income of
$1.03 billion, compared with $1.05 billion in the year-ago period. The company said its revenue fell 4% to $24.77 billion, undercutting analyst predictions of $24.98 billion in revenue.
