Chrysler CEO Sergio Marchionne said he's sorry he described the $12 billion U.S. government bailout that helped GM and Chrysler "shyster loans." He used the term, which is slang for unethical legal,
political or lending practices, when expressing his unhappiness that Chrysler had to pay $1.2 billion last year in interest on the loan.
