Raven Moon Entertainment Inc. announced Monday that trademark protection for Gina D's Kids Club has been granted to the show's executive producers, Joey and Bernadette DiFrancesco. The two have
optioned the program rights and its characters to Raven Moon Entertainment Inc., which syndicates the program and specials to more than 197 LESEA Broadcasting affiliates and 240 network-affiliated
stations. The trademark became effective July 29 and runs for 10 years.
