Yahoo! Internet Life magazine publisher Diane Silberstein has been named associate publisher/advertising for
Playboy magazine. Prior to joining the Internet world, Silberstein served as
publisher of
The New Yorker and
Elle magazines. According to the Publishers’ Information Bureau,
Playboy’s ad pages declined 18% in 2002 and its revenues dipped 9%.
