Boston-based mobile ad network Jumptap this week announced the appointment of Neal Winneg as general counsel. Winneg will replace David Kahan in his new role after Kahan decided to move to Israel with his family, according to a release.

“It’s a real win-win situation,” stated Kahan. “I have the opportunity to work with and learn from a fantastic lawyer, stay with this great company, and facilitate my family’s long-held goal of living in Israel.”

“David has done an outstanding job for us as General Counsel, and if he were willing to stay in Boston full-time, we’d have been happy to have him continue in that role,” stated Jumptap CEO George Bell.
