Viacom Inc., which owns roughly 38 percent of Sportsline.com's common stock, announced on Monday that it will buy the remainder of the sports news Web site's stock for about $1.75 a share with cash,
according to Reuters. The deal, subject to approval by SportsLine.com's shareholders, is expected to be completed by year-end.
