Havas CEO Alain de Pouzilhac Thursday told a media conference he would write the French corporate raider Vincent Bollore today asking him to state what he intends to do with the stake he has been
amassing in the agency holding company, reports Reuters. Bollore has recently upped his stake to 20 percent of Havas, parent of the MPG media network, and observers have speculated that he likely
plans to participate in a hostile takeover.
