Programmatic supply-side platform (SSP) sovrn Holdings on Thursday announced the appointment of Todd Siegler as chief operating officer. Per a release, He will oversee publisher development, demand partnerships, finance, human resources, ad operations and technical operations at sovrn.

Siegler was formerly general counsel at Market Force, a customer intelligence company. Prior to Market Force, Siegler held positions at Verio and Excel Communication.
