McDonald’s stores in Taiwan encourage staff to dress up in fantasy outfits: sailors, maids' dresses and such. That practice has probably helped one server become the Pacific Rim’s version of “Alex from Target.” After a Taiwanese blogger uploaded photos of the clerk, netizens found out where she works, and the joint is packed. Yes, the college student, who doesn't look quite real, has since become a model and TV show fixture.
