NEW! StreetEasy Finds Its Place On Radio

StreetEasy and its agency Office of Baby, New York are expanding the real estate platform’s “Find Your Place” campaign across radio as part of its summer campaign. Ads will run on Spotify and Pandora, as well as on local NYC terrestrial stations.

A print campaign rolled out in March, with the creative designed to showcase amenities and options available to buyers and renters. The ads show how life experiences can dictate what people want or need in a new home and how they can filter through available listings to pick and choose amenities. Among the filters highlighted are: “outdoor space,” “laundry in building” and “doorman.”

Out-of-home (OOH) ads also appear throughout the city with a focus on placements where New Yorkers spend most of their time--on the streets and sidewalks, in subway stations, subway cars, buses, and taxis.

This is a continuation of Office of Baby’s creative efforts for StreetEasy that began in 2015 with “Live As You Please” and last year’s, “Find Your Formula” theme. Those earlier campaigns emphasized more illustrations and artistic imagery rather than this new pivot towards realism.
