Gas Prices Lead Carmakers To Choose Efficiency Over Style

If the prevailing winds from the Tokyo Motor Show are any indication of where automobile marketers' head are these days, car buyers can expect an emphasis on energy efficiency rather than style in future models. It seems that cars are also going to be considerably more high-tech than the current poster child of efficiency, Toyota's gasoline-electric hybrid Prius.
