Fox has made its first major move of the season, taking off its Emmy-winning "Arrested Development" on Monday nights for the rest of the November sweeps. This could possibly spell doom for the
critically acclaimed three-year-old series, say analysts. Fox cut back on the show's production to 13 episodes from 22, and hasn't announced a return date. Fox has also removed freshman comedy
"Kitchen Confidential" for the remaining three Mondays of the November sweeps. Reruns of the hour-long "Prison Break" will run in place of both shows. The WB also announced that its long-running show,
"7th Heaven," will end its 10-year run in May.
