Wavemaker Taps Initiative's Pilavachi As L'Oreal Global Media Lead

GroupM's Wavemaker has recruited Alexia Pilavachi from IPG Mediabrands' Initiative to serve as global media lead on the agency's L’Oréal account.

Pilavachi, who is based in London and reports to Wavemaker Global Client President and Global Head of B2B Alex Altman, will oversee the
L’Oréal global media team based in Paris.

She joins from managing director on the Rufus Amazon Prime Video Europe business at Initiative, and previously held senior roles at GroupM's Mediacom and Publicis Media's Starcom MediaVest Group.
