Howard Stern To Appear On CBS' 'Late Show'

  • March 9, 2006
Sirius radio star Howard Stern, who is being sued by CBS for allegations of breach of contract, will appear on CBS' "Late Show with David Letterman" on March 13th. Stern last visited Letterman's late-night talk show in November 2005, when he discussed his upcoming move to Sirius Satellite Radio. Stern's newest visit will come just after CBS brought a lawsuit against the radio shock jock for using CBS airtime to advertise his move to Sirius--including his previous visit to Letterman. Although the case is in its preliminary stages, legal experts consulted by Banc of America said the CBS lawsuit, which seeks $500 million in damages, is unlikely to bear fruit.
