Clear Channel Outdoor officially announced that Tony Jarvis has joined as executive vice president of global research. He joins Clear Channel from Infinity Broadcasting (now CBS Radio), where he was
research chief. He formerly headed MediaCom's Strategic Insights Group as senior vice president, and was vice president of media services at Millward Brown.
