Interpublic's Initiative Media unit continued to beef up its senior ranks Thursday, naming Larry Orell COO and promoting Amanda Ploughman to executive vice president-director, business development.
Both report to Richard Beaven, newly appointed CEO, North America, and will be based in Initiative's New York office. Orell was executive vice president-general manager, Northeast region. Ploughman
was managing director of Initiative's Canadian operation.
