Starbucks opened its first two stores yesterday in Brazil, the world's top coffee-growing nation, where consumers are used to paying very little for coffee. The stores were opened at two locations in
an upscale mall in Sao Paulo. Starbucks is hoping to repeat the success it had in Mexico, opening 105 shops in four years.
