Performance-based online advertising network, ValueClick, Inc. has added new hardware and software solutions from DoubleClick's DART, Oracle, Sun and Data Systems West to its suite of services. With these enhancements, company officials say, advertisers will be able to to better target ads on ValueClick's 14,000 sites on the basis of the following categories:
