Online job company Monster Worldwide is continuing the rollout of an integrated marketing campaign, which began with TV spots in December. The campaign, "Monster Works for Me," features several
television, radio, print and online ads, promotions and a redesigned home page on www.monster.com. Boston-based Brand|Content, a brand-focused consultancy, created the campaign and 2007 brand
platform. The campaign's first TV spot, titled "Montage," debuted last month and featured a cross-section of workers at different stages in their lives, articulating their perspectives on why they
work. Three additional 30-second ads introduce individual story lines that explore the motivations of a traveling salesman, a nurse and a restaurant owner.
