Warner Music Group this week entered into a deal with Last.fm, giving the social networking music service free reign over its entire music catalog. Last.fm, which boasts some 15 million active monthly
users, recommends songs by tracking users' listening habits, and connects them to users with similar tastes. The deal with Warner is Last.fm's first with a major music label. Last.fm said the deal
allows Warner's music to be offered in the United States and Europe, and will roll out over the next week.
