Ziff Davis Enterprise has promoted company vet Phil Kramer to senior vice president, Internet sales and marketing. Kramer has had two decades of experience at the copany. The former vice president
will oversee 18 market Web properties, including eWEEK.com, CIOInsight.com and Baselinemag.com. He reports to Sloan Seymour, president, Ziff Davis Enterprise.
