Los Angeles-based ClipBlast!, a Web video-search platform, named technology pioneer Rhaz Zeisler to the new post of vice president, product development, and chief creative director.

Zeisler, a former IBM Interactive Media executive, brings to ClipBlast! 20 years' experience in creative development, production and web technology integration in the entertainment and multimedia sectors.

She has worked with major corporations and national and international brands to create high-performance, interactive products and properties for The Walt Disney Company, Paramount Pictures, Sony Entertainment, CBS/Columbia Records, Fox Television, HBO, NBC, Kodak and MTV Networks.
