Agency.com has promoted Kathleen Flynn, previously vice president of client partners, to president of its Chicago office.

Effective immediately, Flynn replaces Dave Johnson, managing partner of the Chicago office and president of Agency.com North America, who is planning to leave the agency later this month "to pursue other endeavors," according to a spokeswoman.

Flynn has been with Agency.com for over seven years in a number of VP roles, including project management for North America.

An expert in emerging technologies, Flynn has worked internationally, establishing overseas operations and partnerships for Blue Cross and Blue Shield.
