Josh Chasin Named Chief Research Officer At ComScore

Josh Chasin, an executive with more than 25 years of experience in media and marketing research, is the new chief research officer at digital measurement firm comScore. He will lead comScore's involvement with the Media Rating Council (MRC) and its auditors as comScore seeks MRC accreditation.

Chasin, who has been a consultant to comScore since August 2006, was the principal and founder of Warp Speed Marketing, a Manhattan-based media research consultancy. He is also a former executive at Arbitron, and a past president/CEO of Simmons Market Research Bureau and Northstar Interactive.

Chasin has been directly involved in the development and management of audience measurement services for a variety of media--including television, radio, magazines, newspapers, out-of-home, and the Internet.
