Mike Perlis, managing partner of Softbank Capital Partners and a former top magazine publishing executive, has been appointed chairman of the board of Zinio Systems, a company that provides
publishing systems for the digital editions of printed magazines. Perlis has held top management positions at TVSM, Playboy, GQ, and IDG.
