Study: WOM Now $981 Mil. Biz

PQ Media says in a new report that word-of-mouth marketing has morphed into a $981 million-a-year business--a 36% jump over 2005. Social networks may benefit most from the findings. The study found that 80% of surveyed consumers rely on friends and family for recommendations.
