Commerce Committee Chairman John Dingell (D-Mich.) and Rep. Rosa DeLauro (D-Conn.) have asked FCC Chairman Kevin Martin to investigate whether news programs violated sponsorship identification
requirements, since many ex-generals who went on air had ties with lobbying groups.
