News Corp. and Saban Entertainment Inc. are seeking buyers for Fox Family Worldwide Inc., which they co-own. The two companies are said to be seeking between $4 billion and $6 billion for the unit.
According to a recent report in the Wall Street Journal, there are doubts on whether the assets are worth that much, in light of Fox's recent operating performance.
