Internet.com Corporation today announced that it has acquired the ClickZ Network of websites and related Internet advertising and marketing properties as well as the recently launched ClickZ
conferences division. The price of the deal was reported as $16.0 million - a combination of $10 million in cash and $6 million in stock, with additional cash and stock to be paid based on future
performance.
