Nick Jr. Programming Supplier For CBS's Saturday Morning Schedule

There's more new programming on television this weekend than just the Olympics. Beginning Saturday, September 16, Nickelodeon, the number one kids' entertainment brand, will program CBS's Saturday morning children's schedule with six half-hour series. CBS's Saturday morning lineup will feature new and existing series from Nick Jr., Nickelodeon's weekday block of programs designed specifically to entertain and educate young viewers, which will now expand to a sixth programming day. CBS's 2000-2001 children's lineup - titled "Nick Jr. on CBS" - will feature the popular series "Blue's Clues," "Little Bill," "Little Bear," "Franklin" and "Kipper" and the new series "Dora the Explorer." CBS NEWS SATURDAY MORNING will return in its current time period (9:00-11:00 AM, ET/PT).
