CitizenHawk has appointed Dave Duckwitz CEO. He joins the company from ValueClick eCommerce, a division of ValueClick, where he was general manager.

Duckwitz will be responsible for leading technology and global expansion plans for the Aliso Viejo, Calif.-based CitizenHawk, which provides technology that helps companies detect and recover domains from cybersquatters infringing on trademarks.

Duckwitz has more than 20 years experience in online marketing, management and sales at tech companies including Stamps.com, Computer Associates, The ASK Group and Hewlett-Packard.--Laurie Sullivan
