Publishing entrepreneur Steven Brill is dropping a plan to combine his media watchdog magazine Brill's Content with Inside, a media business magazine he acquired a month ago. Brill also said that he
would scale back the frequency of Brill's Content to four times a year from 10 times a year in order to cut costs and make the magazine profitable sooner. Rather than relaunch the combined magazine on
its old frequency, as he had planned to, Brill said he decided to conserve resources in order to pursue other launches or acquisitions.
