Interactive Ads to All TV Platforms

ACTV and SeaChange International have agreed to integrate Digital ADCO's SpotOn interactive TV advertising service with the SeaChange Spot digital ad insertion system. Under the agreement, the companies will integrate ACTV's proprietary One To One TV(SM) software application, which serves as the foundation of the SpotOn(SM) service, with SeaChange's ad insertion systems. The integrated technologies will enable existing SeaChange customers to take advantage of SpotOn's advertising capabilities without the need to replace their existing systems. The agreement ensures that SpotOn's addressable, interactive advertising capabilities will be compatible for deployment on virtually all TV advertising platforms worldwide.
