Oxygen, Russell Simmons Make 'Reality'

Oxygen is developing a new reality show with Russell Simmons that showcases the women in his life, titled "The Russell Simmons Project." It chronicles the female assistants who "manage his business deals ... family life, party planning and love life."

Amy Introcaso-Davis, senior vice president, programming for Oxygen says the show is an opportunity to see "his world through the eyes of his dream team comprised of strong, passionate women..." The music mogul's project is produced by Simmons Lathan Media Group and Picture This Television.
