Ed Dandridge is out as Chief Communications Officer at Nielsen. Dandridge is leaving to become CEO of an as-yet-undisclosed Washington, DC-based private equity trade association. Nielsen is currently reviewing what to do about his position.

Prior to Nielsen, Dandridge founded and managed strategic consulting firm BrandSphere Partners,and before that he was vice president of network communications for the ABC Television Network.
