Email marketing services giant Return Path Inc. has acquired OtherInbox Inc., a company that helps consumers manage their email inboxes.

Return Path said OtherInbox will help it improve its "Sender Score" email marketer reputation scoring system, and that the acquisition will expand its North American presence into Austin, Texas. OtherInbox will remain a wholly-owned subsidiary, retaining all its employees and continues to operate independently with Joshua Baer as CEO.
