The deadline for the expiration of the Time Warner Cable-CBS programming agreement has been extended -- now tomorrow, 9 a.m. EDT, July 25, instead of today at 5 p.m. EDT. "The deadline was extended not because there was any progress in talks but because of a technicality related to U.S. Federal Communications Commission rule about pulling signals during
a 'sweeps' period, according to a source familiar with the matter," writes Liana B. Baker.
