comScore: Black Monday Sales Up From Last Year

Online retail sales on "Black Monday" were $391million, an increase of 30 percent compared to $300 last year, according to comScore Networks. During comScore's holiday season, which extends from Nov. 1 through Nov. 29, consumers spent $6.5 billion online excluding auctions and travel-an increase of 25 percent compared to $5.3 billion during the corresponding days last year.
