New Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella realizes Microsoft must work more like Google to survive, and he's moving fast to achieve that, partly by tearing off the
shackles of the company's old business model. It has offered a free version of its Windows operating system and is open sourcing many of its software development tools and languages. Never would have
happened under Steve Ballmer.
