Market Basket Now Accepts Email Applications From Employees Internally to Avoid Confrontations at Job Fairs

Supermarket chain Market Basket has created a program that allows employees to apply for internal positions at the company via email rather than requiring them to attend a job fair. The option comes as the outlet has been protesting work conditions and have called for the removal of the company CEO Arthur T. DeMoulas. The email program is aimed at letting job seekers apply for jobs within the corporation without having any run ins with other workers at these job fairs.
