Tibco Launches Cloud-Based Marketing Tool

Marketing services firm Tibco has introduced a new cloud-based marketing platform to the mid market audience called Engage. The tool allows marketers to track analytics in real time and integrate this data across messaging channels including email, social behavior and in-store purchases, among others. The tool stems from Tibco's acquisition of Loyalty Lab, a company that specialized in loyalty programs, and the company is already working with retailers including North Face.
