MICHAEL RANERI to the company's Board of Directors. Raneri is senior vice president, Advice Product & Tools, at
Charles Schwab & Company. Raneri is currently
responsible for leading the Rep and Client Tools group, overseeing the development of the Rep Desktop, Schwab.com, e.Communications, Voice Technology, CRM data, advice tools, and customer reporting
initiatives.
