New York State bill drafters are working on a bill that would do away with Cuomo's recent 90-day email deletion policy. Senator Liz Krueger plans to introduce the bill which says that purging state
worker emails is a risk to transparency in government. She argues that server space should not be an issue and that emails should be saved as public records.
