Facebook Testing "Saved Replies" For Page Owners

Facebook is testing “Saved Replies” a feature that lets business Page owners write, save and re-use canned messages to communicate with consumers. “The addition will save businesses time when handling incoming customer service inquires and responding to other customer feedback via the site,” TechCrunch reports. “Businesses are initially offered a couple of sample replies they can use out-of-the-box or customize … or they can simply create their own.”
