MATT SEILER has been named president of
PHD, U.S. Seiler was most recently executive vice president at Omnicom Group. Prior to joining Omnicom in 2001, Seiler served as director of
strategic planning at BBDO New York, where he worked from 1996 to 2000. Seiler will oversee PHD’s operations in New York as well as its offices in Chicago, St. Louis, and San Francisco.
