Gemstar-TV Guide International has named
MARK J. FERNBERG as senior vice president of finance for TV Guide Publishing Group. In this role, Fernberg will be responsible for handling all
financial operations of the group including accounting, internal reporting and strategic financial planning activities. Fernberg previously worked at Columbia House as a senior vice president of
finance.
