KEVIN BLAINE has joined
Telmar as West Coast account services representative. Prior to joining Telmar, Blaine was at Eforce Media, where he opened and maintained the Santa Monica sales
office. He has also held multiple sales positions at Interep Interactive Media in Los Angeles.
