Taking the oft-cited notion that great ideas often emanate from the shower, Providence, Rhode Island agency, Nail. decided to act on that notion by building an actual shower in their office so that, well, there might be a chance for great ideas to spring to life and make their way into new campaigns before being long forgotten post-shower. 

Of course the whole thing is a promotional joke, but they've done a great job with it. It's definitely worth checking out the video which takes shower-generated ideas to an entirely new (and very wet) level. Kudos to the agency folks who went all in to make this promotion happen.
