CRM App Hiver Now Offers Users Email Metrics

Hiver, a CRM app that turns Gmail into a customer support and collaboration tool, has updated its service to allow users to track email engagement. The tool will now allow users to measure email opens and clicks. In addition, the company also has an iOS tool in the works that is expected to drop in late April.
