Gawker Media is currently fighting five defamation-related lawsuits, The New York Times reports, citing a source. “That does not include the invasion-of-privacy lawsuit brought by [Hulk] Hogan,
whose real name is Terry G. Bollea,” The Times notes. Yet, “Charles J. Harder,
the Los Angeles-based lawyer who represented Mr. Bollea, is involved in at least two of the
other lawsuits.”
